I chose sacrifice, and after the big flash that presumably kills me, I'm back at the family farm. However, this time there's no objectives, dad's not outside, the door to the house is locked, etc. Is that it? Or is there something else to do?

Does the whole quest happen at the cave you find the first book? Or do you search around the forest?
I just met back up with Jespar after the trial of the dark one and we are supposed to go meet Firespark, but I can't interact with the pullchain to the gate. Jespar isn't doing anything and when I click him it says he's busy.

Butcher of Ark is just a collection quest? I was hoping it would be more narrative, having something to do with the story, not just collecting volumes of the story in game.
The following quests are either missing from the wiki or have an entry with no info so far. I don't remember if I maybe did one or two of them several game hours ago, but most I have no clue about. Can you please tell me if there is any "future outcome" of giving samples to Bal or Apothecarii?
Oh yeah, me too. I hope he doesn't screw it up and infect the city.
Or maybe the only diff is the rewards? The apothecary can afford to give you more while Bal appeals to your heartstrings.

You don't need to agree with your companions, they will simply like you less. The storywriter said here that you can still finish the game in that case.

1. Do you have to agree with everything your companion believes to progress? Do you have to romance them to progress the quest chain?

Its the same as in Skyrim, you just need a different file structure, different file names and change the races to match Enderal.

I've actually not even used the construction set before but want to play around with it. However, I know if I just load it up and try to make things, they'll be for vanilla skyrim and not usable in enderal. What special steps do I take?
Everyone that's posted in this page should download Deathstr0ke DC's ini's on the page 4. They work great. I had the same issues but I'm now getting 60fps near riverwatch.
Does cpu usage do anything? I heard the engine can't use more than 2 cores, so why is there an option?
