I just met back up with Jespar after the trial of the dark one and we are supposed to go meet Firespark, but I can't interact with the pullchain to the gate. Jespar isn't doing anything and when I click him it says he's busy.

I tried reloading a save. I tried backing away from Jespar and walking back up to him to see if a dialogue scene starts. I can no clip through the gate but I'm not sure if Jespar will come or if the quest will update correctly from that point on if I do.
