Sounds like your are playing Oblivion instead of Nehrim. Read the installation FAQ.
This is probably not most of the SureAI's regular job, so they do what they can when they can, or when its neccesary. Some "professional" publishers/developers dont bring patches out for months on end so I would say SureAI has a pretty impressive strike rate at the moment.

LOL. That was pretty funny, never saw the chicken murder but had the same problem on the bridge, hehe. Still a very good game even with the quircks.
I found out by accident that not all mage type merchants sell their respective teleport spell, but some of them sell the rune which you then equip. So go back to those mages in Cabahae and barter inside their equipment list and not in their spell list and you may find the teleport rune. I found that ...
Mu suggestion would be:
1. Uninstall everything. Ensure all files are gone.
2. Install Oblivion as per normal.
3. Apply latest patch.
4. Install Nehrim outside /Proframfiles(x86) and NOT IN OBLIVION FOLDER.
5. Run Nehrim Launcher (enable 3 ESM's)
6. Run Nehrim.

I don't have steam so not sure, but did you say you are launching Oblivion? You should launch Nehrim instead I would think. Nehrimlauncher.exe in ..\SureAI\Nehrim.
1. If you're talking about the first crypt, you need to get 3 more keystones, and a note to advance the quest. Its in a large chamber in the lower level.
2. Its a bit of a drag getting there. I had to circle around all the way to the south and west, until you get to an old fort (dungeon). Then ...

Yeah, I really didn't enjoy Oblivion that much, and had to force myself to finish it. Nehrim makes me wonder why I never liked Oblivion in the first place. The answer is simple, because Nehrim is what Oblivion should have been. Congrats guys, can't wait for your next mod.
Have a look in the magic section of you inventory on the last tab (right), to see what is affecting your stats.
I just couldn't help myself, but when does the patch come out?

The quest just sort of grind to a halt at that point. AFAIK there is nothing more to do as it disappears from you active quest log. Anyway, I would have liked the quest to flesh out your past a little more, but this is just my minor gripe.
Look on the world map and locate the cave, west of the farm. Go in that direction, when you get close switch to the area map and locate the entrance on the area map.
Its actually on the roof of the boathouse across the lake from Tirin Abbey. A slight translation error.

If you follow the clues correctly in the darius quest you will be able to find the first ruin with relatively little trouble.

Its a known issue. The final bounty quest has not been implemented/translated yet. And yes its says you have earned the bounty hunter achievement.
1. Not sure. There are some formulas, but essentially strength + blade counts toward damage or agility + ranged counts toward bow damage.

You're not supposed to interact with him, you just need to follow him long enough so that he gives up running from you and face you. Its tricky to keep up because its dark and you can easily lose him up on the battlements, when he dives into the river. Just keep on following him until he faces you.
Its part of the quest you get from a rich guy in Erothin, so I'm not sure if you can break the quest if you dont have it. But you should light the bunsen burners in each of the side chambers. You probably wont be able to do it if you dont have the quest, just like with the glider.
