I loaded earlier saves but they are also bugged. Every location, not only Ark. But it looks like Skyrim also doesnt't work. When i launch it the screen is green and the game crushes.

hm, in this case I'd say uninstall Enderal completly,
and either reinstall Skyrim, or at last "Verify Integrity of Game Files" (or...whatever it's called in english - you know what I mean)

then start Skyrim and see if it works as it should.
then reinstall Enderal.

sucks, but other than that...

When i stopped playing enderal few months ago I uninstalled Skyrim but not enderal and now i installed Skyrim again. Maybe its something with that. Anyways i'll reinstall Skyrim maybe it will work.

So I uninstalled Skyrim and Enderal then installed Skyrim again and it was working. Then i installed Enderal and Skyrim started crushing again.

Have you used a new installation package to install Enderal or did you use the archive version?

I used new installation package.

Well, either your installation package was damaged or something went wrong during the installation process. I can't recommend anything but a reinstall. Make sure that you have the newest launcher version and run it as an admin. Also check if your firewall / anti virus / windows defender is preventing the launcher from installing. Start Enderal from the Enderal launcher and not via SKSE.
