Fixed, finally! Load https://www.dropbox.com/s/gsdgtdf2p82w6 ... 9.esp?dl=0 to get through this scene correctly.

when I get to Jespar's old manor nothing happens, he doesn't detect he is there so I can't move on please tell me the console commands to get past this it's so annoying and I can't progress!
