Has anyone succeeded in getting in Enderal launcher to work?
I've installed and played successfully on Windows, copied over entire Skyrim folder to PlayOnLinux cdrive, let Steam discover it.
Enderal Launcher starts, it seems to be missing fonts though, anyone have an idea which ones it needs?

Edit2:
Tried starting enderal but it appears to start a half way modded Enderal, launcher window doesn't update after restarting anymore.

Debug mode does start launcher normally

After using Update in launcher the launcher window no longer updates in both normal and debug mode.

Try to completely install via wine with

    $ winetricks -q dotnet452

and do not forget to build a new 32bit prefix and set the winversion to 2003 or higher

The installation of dotnet452 forcibly sets the winversion to 2003 - but this does not affect skyrim/enderal at all.
I always launch enderal by directly calling skse_loader.exe - I only use the launcher to install updates.

Can start but appears to crash on new game or load game:

guess it would take someone more skilled than me to do anything with that crashdump.
Have you been able to run Skyrim with wine?
And if the launcher is not running, how did you install Enderal?

Tried with Skyrim folder copied over from Windows partition first then tried installing from scratch.
Skyrim launcher starts but I cannot click anything, launcher window doesn't appear to refresh/update.

Dumped PlayOnLinux as their dotnetfx scripts appear to be broken.
Ran through below steps and got as far as launching Enderal:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:wine/wine-builds
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install --install-recommends wine-staging
sudo apt-get install winehq-staging
WINEARCH=win32 WINEPREFIX=~/.wine32 winecfg
Libraries: d3dx9_42 to native
Copy over winetrick files or repeat whole process when they are in cache, redoing in existing wineprefix breaks
WINEARCH=win32 WINEPREFIX=~/.wine32 winetricks dotnet45
WINEARCH=win32 WINEPREFIX=~/.wine32 winetricks corefonts
WINEARCH=win32 WINEPREFIX=~/.wine32 wine SteamSetup.exe
Start steam, install skyrim(or copy over files), start skyrim, dotnet takes a looong time.
Download Enderal launcher exe and 8GB gz file

It crashes, however! Enderal files are placed in .wine32/drive_c/Program Files/Steam/steamapps/common/Skyrim/!
Can start Enderal Launcher.exe from there with:

Installation and update through launcher goes well.
Changed settings to disable OneTweak and vsync, lowered windows resolution
Can start Enderal through launcher!

When attempting to start a new game menu keeps playing, menu disappears, just background, no errors appear, skse_loader shows nothing odd to me either: https://i.imgur.com/fDxjajW.png

Same happens if I start Enderal through:

So close!
I assume it has to do with the initial Enderal Launcher startup?

Hi,
Enderal replaces Skyrim.esm and Update.esm with its own version.

This is vanilla Skyrim (english):

This is current Enderal (german):

Your sizes may differ, but the vanilla files are much bigger... so please check if you have the Enderal version of those...

If you still have the original skyrim files, then the Enderal installation did not work. In that case, please also check the launcher log (EnderalLauncher/system/log/Launcher.log). While most files are included in the big download file, Skyrim.esm and Update.esm are donwloaded separately by the launcher.

You have to change to the path the Launcher/skse is in!
