Someone please help!! I think my game might be bugged:

Kim isn't in Sildren! Not on the bench, not anywhere (that I can find..)

I have the quest active. And have been all over town. I even killed the two mercenariness in town and picked the two locked doors to see if she was inside there.
I just don't get it.

A couple of points:

I ran through that town after seeing the Narathzul Arantheal shrine, before turning it in. I don't remember seeing Kim on that bench there, but of course I wasn't looking for her, nor knew I would be going back there to look for her later.

I have two Kim mods active. I am playing a female character, but wanted kim to be female, not male.

So am running the "gay kim" mod.
And the "cuter female kim" mod.

I have them in that order in OMM. Those are the only mods for Nehrim I have running in there.. well besides the HG EC body mod.

I thought perhaps that there was some conflict, so I tried turning both of those mods off, but when I load up my save Kim still isn't there. I even went back to an earlier save, and again not there!

Anyone have any ideas? If this was a side quest, I wouldnt care, but I think you have to do this mainline quest right? Or is it something else? Maybe I have to be a higher level to star the quest. I am level 7 now.

Either the two mods conflict, or one of them is the problem. Disable them, and possibly go back to an older save. I don't know of a running English-language Gaykim mod, as for now. If you want to build one, I think a good starting point would be to make "KimMale" female, NOT to replace him by KimFemale.

Hey thanks, that did indeed work. I disable the two mods, and went WAY back in a save, to before I was assigned that quest. I lost several hours of sidequest stuff, but at least I dont have to start from scratch.

Hi,

I can't find Kim either, but I have no Kim-related mods. I did what the above poster did - checked everywhere in town, went into Mercenary barracks and killed the people who attacked me, checked all the buildings. There is no Kim!

Here are my list of mods in case someone thinks they might be causing a problem?

plus I applied a better female models thing.

Yes, twice. Then Kim should be standing there. He will glitch a bit; if the glitches persist, click on Kim (from the console) and enter "moveto player".

No idea how that happened, but I suspect it was the flee AI (apparently there was some fighting in Sildren).
