Is there anyone who knows where is Kim in the quest "Path of the gifted"? On the map should be a point where Kim is but the point is missing.

have you selected that quest in the map/quest tab? i found that's what is usually going on when i can't find a map marker.
but to answer your question, the path that leads south from the sanctum, the one you followed to reach the shrine, just follow it to the end, it's on the very tip... if i recall correctly.

Kim is in a village called Sildren. You will find it following the main path that Casper told you about.

ps. As far as I can remember there was no quest marker... but the road there was described in the quest log.

my memory could be off, but i seem to remember a marker. but it's moot now. lol

in my case i talked to kim,then talked to kim's owner and he said i have to find a slave to replace her.but where do i get another slave.questlog only says that i need to talk to the slave owner,but i already did.and quest marker is still at the slave owners hut.

did you talk to kim again? s/he should propose that you offer to trade yourself.
