Hello, i got similiar issue, reinstall doesent help, i whitelisted everything, deleting inis also didnt work. This is the log from Skyrimredirector:

It wants me to install base Skyrim after starting via launcher.

Hello Sledzward and welcome to the forum
First of all, basic questions:
Which version of Skyrim do you own? There are different versions (Steam, GOG...).
And which version of Enderal do you want to install?
The classic or the special edition? Both Enderal versions require the possession of the corresponding versions on Steam. Skyrim does not have to be installed on your PC.

Did you try a clean install (see above in this thread)?
As I said, Skyrim does not have to be installed!
Also delete all corresponding Skyrim rest folders (if present) manually.

edit: did you start the following files with admin rights?
Enderal Launcher.exe, tesV.exe and skse_loader.exe

I tried today and the issue still occurs.

I never installed Skyrim on this laptop so i didnt get any folders from it.

I get them admin rights and also whitelisted in antivirus, sometimes SKSE will launch classic Skyrim menu, sometimes Enderal Launcher wants me to install classic Skyrim.

I have done every step in this thread, but i noticed that steam thinks my classic Skyrim is installed even if i only got the tesv.exe in Enderal folder.

Do you have Enderal installed including Steam on the internal drive C:\ or on an external drive?
(External drives are usually a problem here, sometimes even if Steam and Enderal are on different drives).

Can you send us the launcher.log file as an attachment to the post?
(You can find it at: ...\Steam\SteamApps\common\Enderal\EnderalLauncher\system\log)

A verification of the installation with Steam you have already done?

Can you test install Skyrim in parallel with Enderal and then run the two games alternately?

I have steam on "c:\Steam" after clean reinstall.

Yes, i made an validation.

Ok i downloaded Skyrim, i cant run them both simultaneously - When i launch Enderal first then Skyrim, the 'broken' main menu of Skyrim just poping on, and if i launch Skyrim first then Enderal launcher doesent react on 'start enderal' button

You can't run Skyrim classic (or SE) and Enderal classic (or SE) in parallel. Even if they are separate games, you can only run one at a time.

So close Skyrim and start Enderal alone. There were rare problems in the past when Skyrim was not installed. That was the idea.

You can also try to start Enderal via skseloader.exe if that doesn't work.

Independently of that, we are not aware of such problems with the Polish version (you could of course test it by installing Enderal in another language like English, for example. But I don't think that's the reason).

So there is any idea what can be a reason why i cant run it? Im honestly run out of ideas
