I'm going to try install this with the English translation pack and want to get it right.

This is what I'm planning to do.

1) Morrowind with all expansions are already installed with no mods yet.
2) Install "Arktwend_DvR_Install_v2.0.0.de.exe"
3) Install "2.0.1.5.de Fix"
4) Install "Arktwend ...

I have the same problem only that Arantheal runs to the drawbridge but it doesn't lower.

I've tried tcl'ing to the other side and opening it but that doesn't work.

Is there a way to open the drawbridge via console or even if I tcl to the other side I can "teleport Arantheal to me?

I was in the middle of doing "The Robbers' Nest" quest with Handor, but decided to do the "Into The Forsaken Country" quest.

The problem is though when I escaped the prison, Handor is gone! And I can't complete "The Robbers' Nest" too.

How can I fix this?

Can I respawn him via console ...

I've added a power to a weapon (for example a Ruby that added Fire Damage), but how can I remove it once I have found something better to add it with.
