I'm having the same issue right now. Whenever I try to start a new game Enderal crashes, however the Enderal launcher does not crash.

No, you do not need a clean install. The launcher creates a backup of your existing Skyrim files. if you want to play Skyrim again, just uninstall Enderal. It automatically moves your Skyrim backup to the right place.

Right now I have a heavily modded Skyrim playthrough going on and I wanted to know if it's safe to just install Enderal on top of it. Will it work? Will my other mods break it or vice versa?
