This is a bug. ^^
You are not supposed to see that menu in the first place.
The Enderal skills are only reachable through a talent or dragon shout if you want to call them like that.
Actually it should be your only shout at the start called "Meditation" or something, shouldn't be able to miss it.
The shortcut button for the old Skyrim skill tree is unfortunately still active and probably hard coded.
This is already known, but still good find.
