I am not clear from the German forum about some quests. If I understand, the wishing well (bring me my heart) quest is bugged and fixing it is a low priority at this time. What is the status of NQ27 Blut im Sand & NQ20 Ein Tropfen im Strom, as I can't seem to activate either one. Finally, NQ06 Gnarldarf I have activated it but can't get him to appear. If I understand, the quest works for some players but not others and is a bit bugged, is this correct?

You're right, the wishing well quest ist bugged (except for one well which gives you lousy loot). The person who implemented it is no longer available, if my memory serves me right.

It is also true that Blut im Sand and Ein Tropfen im Strom are not implemented, yet.

The Gnardalf-Quest worked pretty fine for me several times, so I'm of no help here.
I finally finished the Gnardalf quest, easy once you discover how to do it. I think the quest journal instructions are misleading.

Well, in this case: What about giving us a hint how you did it and what is misleading, so the guys can improve it. With this information one also could create a bug tracker ticket, so please share your wisdom :)
The quest tells me to search for the troll after midnight near (around) the city gate.

I expect to find a troll, so after I search the area of the beach I don't see a troll, I decide perhaps I should go sleep another hour, and I come back an hour later. There is still no troll, so I sleep another hour, search again, etc., until morning. All of this takes less than 5 minutes of real time. The problem is that Yrinto leaves the Golden Sickle guildhall at midnight and it takes him about 5 minutes real time to reach the beach. When I first search, and don't find a troll, then sleep 1 hour (at the beach), search again, sleep again, etc., all this takes less than 5 minutes real time, as only a few seconds of real time passes when I sleep. So I can quickly search, then sleep an hour, over and over until morning and Yrinto won't appear to trigger the quest marker on him if the total real time from midnight to dawn is less than 5 minutes. So after midnight, I must wait patiently at least 5 minutes real time for Yrinto to arrive and the quest marker to appear. But I am unlikely to do this because I am not waiting for a fisherman, I am searching for a troll!

From the German forum, it appears many players have a problem with this quest (as I did). I think the first subquest (or whatever it is called, with the diamond icon before it) should say to search for Yrinto or a fisherman, or else he should be spawned much closer to the beach.
I hope that all makes sense. That is why I would say the quest instructions are misleading rather than bugged.
@badgesareus: I had pretty much the same problem but I was lucky that I at least ran around a bit (after an appropriate amount of waiting and more waiting and cursing, and then I double checked in the forum),

so Yrinto had time to show up.
I honestly don't remember if he had a quest marker then...
