The original Edelweiss Haus by Carah was modified by a friend of mine since I got on his nervs a long time ^^
Now I feel a bit bad about it so I think I will make those changes he did with Carahs permission public.
The Mod comes as an english and german version and it requires OBSE.
All containers are unique for the house and don't respawn.
There is a teleportation book which can get the player back to the house from everywhere in Nehrim.
