I have elder scrolls 4 oblivion game of the year deluxe downloaded from impulse (gamestop). I did everything that is told to do in the "readme" file but when i try to play the message impulseReactor.dll is missing shows up and can't start the game. it is a file needed to play downloaded games from impulse(which of course is in oblivion folder). I don't have any idea what to do , nothing in google search about it. please help.
Nevermind, I figured that You got to do the same way to install as if it was from steam directions.
