So, I have downloaded the English version, but everything is still German. Not just the voice acting (I'm aware of that being German only) but also the text. I do speak German to some extent, and understand it mostly, but it's still rather uncomfortable.
You probably forget to mark the NehrimEnglish.esp in Nehrim Launcher > Data.
