I can't create a new games also, there's no launcher.

1. Have you downloaded the game form a reliable source? There must be a launcher.
2. Have you followed the installation guide ? (here's a link to a really detailed one: http://nehrim.wikia.com/wiki/Installation_Help)
I'm definitely far from being of any technical help, but if you still are unable to start your game I suggest posting in support section, as Nehrim support team (Arvisrend) doesn't check this part of the forum often, I guess.
