hi , i need a pickaxe to break a wall.i'm carrying one but it has a capitol T next to it and it won't let me arm it.what does the T mean?do i need a certain kind of pickaxe or a certain level or something to weild it?i swore i was using one in the beginning of the game.thanks

also now wondering about the scent of divinity quest.i found an old fishermans hut by tirin abbey but not on the west side of the lake,its on the south side,it has a broken tree on top of it.but i can't figure out how to get on the roof to get the perfume bottle.or i can't see it to use telekinesis.

the pickaxe with a (t) is a tool (t for tool as i understand it), you can't equip it. the item called sharpened pickaxe is a weapon that you equip.
I think you only need to activate the spot on the wall, but i could be wrong.
as for the perfume bottle, i can't remember where it was, but i just managed to climb or jump onto the roof somehow.

i tried to activate it but it said i needed a pickaxe.i did'nt realize i could'nt just wield the one i had.so i'm off to find one.

so far it's hard for me to see the bottle on the roof to do anything with it.am i at the right hut?

there was a large mound or something next to the hut, leaning against it, as far as i can remember. that's how i got onto the roof. When or if you go inside the hut there are holes in the roof with light kind of shining through, looks like it's in pretty bad shape. it was so early in the game i can't really remember. i'm not even 100% sure i'm describing the right hut.

yes i was finally able to see it and get it .thanks.that i believe is the correct hut you are describing.

issue now isd trying to find a sharpened pickaxe to break the wall for the "search for your roots " quest.i have been looking all over.mostly there are the tool ones.

The sharpened pickaxe is a weapon, im actually pretty much sure that you wont need one to break that wall. Its not a questitem, neither a tool, all it can do it hit and do damage.

i tried to activate the wall but it said i need a pickaxe .i was already carrying pickaxe tools and hammers .that did not work .i also tried a mace and weapon hammer.so i figure i need a sharpened pickaxe weapon.

razzer, are you talking about the wall in Ledur? Have you tried to activate the wall a second time, after receiving the message?
