First deactivate any Mod you have installed via OBMM (except for example Body-Mods).

Then check your Load-Order:
1. Nehrim.esm
2. NehrimData.esp
3. Oblivion.esm
4. Any other Plugin

Oblivion.esm does not belong into any Nehrim load order!

1.Nehrim.esm
2. NehrimData.esp
3. NehrimEnglish.esp

My Nehrim Launcher does not have the Nehrim.esm it does not show when downloaded and what are the other plugins is it shiveringIsles.esp.

Also when I try to update on the launcher it says its updating but nothing is updating.

I have Win Vista.

Let me guess, you have installed Nehrim into C:\Programs (x86)

It's in C:\Program Files. It did work yesterday but when I restarted my computer for up dates it did work.

What do you mean by (x86)

Win7 64bit uses two program directories, C:\Programs where 64 bit programs are installed and C:\Programs (x86) where 32 bit programs go.
Win7 32bit uses on program directory, and installs 32 bit into programs into C:\Programs.

Typical Microsoft logic....

Anyway, since Vista the program directories are protected by the User Account Control (UAC) against unauthorized access. Programs that do not take this into special account will have problems, Nehrim is based on Oblivion which predates Vista by a few years. ;)

The easiest way to solve this is to install Nehrim (and other Games, also older Programs) somewhere else.
