Hi loving the mod so far im about 15 hours in but i have a problem the gates wont open and i cant complete the quest any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.
Wait 24 hours sometimes the problem will disapear.
Try different combinations. Go to the gate to different times.

i tryed waiting ive went back numerous times still shut ill try it again and hope it opens thank you for the reply 
I had the same problem. What i did was i walked all the way around, crossed the water, and then walk up the slope
where the bridge entered into town. Then i walked back on the bridge, towards the closed gate. Then i entered the
door near the closed gate.
Now i was with kim and the peasants. I could resume the quest, walk back through the door
and wait for kim, thief and peasants to walk through the closed gate. (they didnt follow me through the door,
but slid through the closed gate
)

i got it figured out instead of waiting till 8 in the morning or sometime during the day wait till 8 when it closes whatch it close then your good to go hope this helps
