If I remember right, there's a woman selling ponies/horses in Stonefield, and a guy selling donkeys and pack donkeys in Giliad. 500 for donkeys, few thousands for horses (or were they ponies?)
He sells pack donkeys? I just met that guy and he only had a regular donkey.
Then I think I'm wrong, must've been another city, or something.
