There is a note in a fort (Faldrin Fort I believe, west of Tirin Abbey), that is still in German. It is in the room with Sarah the Alchemist. Just a heads up 
There's bit of this, I would say roughly 1/10th of the stuff you find will still be untranslated. All of the stuff important to the MQ is of course translated, but ocassionally little notes in dungeons and chests will be untranslated usually these are unique notes to the area you find them.
Ah, well that kinda sucks. It makes exploring stuff kinda lame when I can't enjoy all the aspects of it. Hopefully they plan to finish translating all of it?
