I followed all the instructions, installed the mod in a seperate folder from Oblivion, however, the launcher finds no Exe file to run the mod and says:
"NehrimLauncher.exe cannot find the needed exe file. You need to start the launcher within the Nehrim directory" (which I am doing).
If I copy Oblivion.exe from my Oblivion folder the mod crashes. Any help would be much appreciated,

Chances are that your Oblivion installation was not patched to v1.2.0416 prior to installing Nehrim.
Read and apply the "Nehrim does not start" section of the README file.
Read and apply the "Nehrim does not start" section of the README file.
Windows UAC may also be a reason the launcher doesn't find the EXE file.
Working now... Bink 32 dll was corrupt I think.
