My savegames got deleted occasionally and only the quicksaves and the automatic saves doesn't get deleted,someone know how to fix this problem?
I've installed the game correctly patching the game after a fresh install of oblivion.

*I've found out that they got deleted every time i try to overwrite it,someone have the same issue?

Did you just look for them ingame or did you browse the folder where they should be?

edit: try saving by typing "save xyz" in the console. you can give the saves unique names this way.

Well,if i look in the savegame folder the savegames are present but they are 0kb(as if they are corrupted i think),also they dosen't appear in game on the load menu.The only way i found is to make always new savegame but it's a little boring.

*Using the console command appear to work even if overwrite.

does the game overwrite the saves even if you give them different names by saving per console?

for example, first save by typing "save firsttest", then press enter, then save again by typing "save secondtest".
Now you should have two new saves.
or do i get your problem wrong?

Saving by using the console give me no problem(so i'll use that method from now on).
