I sided with Dijam and at the end of Scorpion and Lion got the outcome where she kept the stone and there was a cutsenece with her kissing me. Now when I go back to Ark all the guards are hostile with me even though at no point did Ii ever attack a city guard at any point doing the last two Golden Sickle quests. I assume the city guards attacking me is due to a bug. I attached a save immediately after Dijam kissed me and has left.

this quest seems to run really good for you

you somehow got a bounty, and the guards don't like that.
(not sure which one is the bug)

[+] console again it is

- get to a guard who attacks you (this won't work on others)
- open the console and select this guard (you'll see some info about them)
- type paycrimegold 0 0 and confirm
(and close the console)

the guards should stop attacking you
