Hi,
I was told I could send in my savefile if the patch dident fix the lagg so here it is.
Also note that im playing with 2560 x 1440 resolution and I have done so my entire playthrough so everything is based on that.

We were able to reproduce your problem and look for a possible solution.
But maybe it can take a while.

Please try the next patch. But we do not have a specific date for it yet.

Seems like the newest patch actually fixed it, I havent had any time to really "play" the game since the patch but I tried traveling to a couple of different areas and for the most part I have stable 60 fps, of course there are some drops but it dosent drop past 40 fps and its only for like a second or two, so overall its great!
