Completely fresh installation (literally never touched before it wound up on Steam), so I thought things would work as they should.
Launcher, regardless of whether I open it in Explorer, Steam, or Vortex, opens OldRim, albeit with Enderal font. I tried following a couple solutions I've seen in these forums, to no avail. OneTweak turned off, graphical settings adjusted, double-checked SkyrimRedirector, made sure the ESM file was checked, et cetera.
I'm including the log file, though the only odd thing I noticed was "Installation Status: False". Maybe I'm just getting old and not seeing what the issue is, so I'm turning to this forum and hoping a more alert set of eyes can see what I'm missing.

Welcome to the forum
Try the following: delete the two *.ini files (Enderal.ini and EnderalPrefs.ini) from ...\Documents\My Games\Enderal (the launcher will create new ones) and then check your game files with Steam.

Thank you. I had a feeling it'd be something stupidly easy, and that was it. Deleted the two .ini files and ran Validate Game Files. Enderal screen came up and game started correctly.
