My handicraft is at 120 with all the bonuses I have at the moment, so there doesnt appear to be a reason it doesnt let me craft any. It doesnt show up in the list of craftable items at a forge, and i have all the blueprints. This is also the case for a few other blueprints but Im mainly concerned with this set. Am I missing something?
It is leather, you craft it at the tanning rack.
