After the update today (1.5.2 I assume) when I go to the "memory" place, I had previously activated several of the phasmalist memories, but after the update, the ones I already had didn't have that shiny glitter like the ones on the other trees. However, when I clicked on them, I still got the message "you already unlocked this memory." I don't know if this is a bug or if anyone else experienced it.
