I appreciate the bug tracker needs some form of flood protection but it is preventing images being attached after filling in a few reports.
At the moment it is set to 10 events every hour but one bug report can count as multiple events if there are images attached to it so it is very easy to use up your allocation for the hour.
Is there a possibility to relax it a little to, say, 15 per hour?
I will attach the images for report 950 once the timer expires and allows me to do so.
