I have been trying to get Enderal to work all day today, and sadly I have not. I followed Gophers video on the whole process and the only problem I get is that I am not able to update the game. I tried all the launcher debugging steps on the wiki and I still have the same problem. I attached my launcher log. Thank you for your time!

- While on the desktop, press Windows Key + X.
- Select Command Prompt (Run as Administrator).
- Type ipconfig /release in the command prompt.
- Wait a few seconds for a reply that the IP address has been released.
- Type ipconfig /renew in the command prompt.
- Wait a few seconds for a reply that the IP address has been re-established.
- Type ipconfig /flushdns in the command prompt.
- Close the command prompt and attempt to make a connection.

The server status on SureAI.net actually says the servers are offline. The latest maintenance work was supposed to end on the 10th of January. Any idea when they might be back?
We are looking into this issue.
I'm currently having this problem too. The game updated just fine yesterday, but I can't update it today because it's not connecting to the servers... Servers seems to be offline in the web page too. I'm looking forward to the fix, I just found this mod and I quickly deleted when I saw the intro because my game was full of mods and I just wanted to start with a fresh one. This looks very promising .

He reinstalled Enderal to have it on a clean install, therefore he needed to redownload the patches.

All is good! I am able to connect and download the updates. The whole time i thought something was wrong on my end. Thanks a lot everyone!
