When fighting hand to hand, I sometimes go into no clip mode and find myself flying around. My actual body is still on the ground being eaten by wolves, but I am flying around. Needless to say, it is hard to fight a battle this way. I have found no way to get out of this either. I have opened the console and typed "tcl" to toggle clipping on, then typed it again to toggle it off. It doesn't help.
If I save the game in this state, it will open up with me somewhere under the ground near Ark. I can fly around Ark, though the textures look like they are made from Legos.
I was on the sun coast when the game was saved, but somehow teleported to ark.
This doesn't happen if I am using a longbow, or throwing fireballs, only when I am slashing at something up close.
Any idea what might cause this? Any ideas how to get out of it? It make getting around pretty hard.

don't go into hand to hand-combat, then

do you have any mods installed?
if so, disable them and try if that helps.
otherwise upload a savegame (C:\Users\[usernamehere]Documents\My Games\Skyrim\Saves),
we'll need the skse and the ess of a manual (no quick- or auto-) save,
pack them to a rar or zip archive and attach them to a post here
