Hi!
I have problem with exp poitns in my game. Im using steam version of SKSE.
When im killing someone or finishing quests, i saw that i get exp points, for example 8000 exp. I need 35000 exp to lvl 2, but really i ve got 80 exp of 35000 exp. I think it isnt normal. How can i fix it?

Steam SKSE could cause a problem.
You should not install SKSE for Enderal. A SKSE version is integrated into Enderal.
Uninstall Steam SKSE and test if there is still a problem.

If this does not work, you may have to reinstall Enderal.
Your savegames are usually not affected. But it is better to secure them before.

Ok, i understand.
But im using ru version of Enderal and i was following the manual from this link https://enderal.com/?lang=ru
(manual is also available in English)
At first i needed SKSE version, ive got it in steam, after i downloaded Enderal lauhcer and archive with enderal files. When i installed it i started to play, and find this problem. It looks like i need а hundred times more exp points to get new lvl =(
But another guys, using this manual and ru version dont have such problem.

I only speak German and some English .
But I have tried the Google Translator. I think there is nothing about SKSE installation.
But maybe the detailed English guide will help you.

edit: have you installed any mods?
Incompatible mods can cause problems. Especially in script files.
