Ok, first of all I'm pretty sure I messed up. I had 3DNPCs and one other mod in my data folder when I installed Enderal, didn't think anything of it. I should have tested my install of Enderal before I went monkeying around with modding it. But I'm too dumb for that.

So after I finished that bit of indiscretion I started Enderal which went fine up until actually getting into the game. SkyUI didn't work at all. I knew not to install SkyUI because you guys included it, so its not that. There was also an issue with the cutscenes not playing. I figured I could just remove all my mods and try that but it didn't work. Then I figured I should try to uninstall Enderal and then Skyrim and do a clean install of both. That's where I'm at now because I can't uninstall Enderal. I got this error about halfway through uninstalling the first time and now i get it immediately. The first time I clicked continue hoping it would clear itself up but it didn't help so I had to quit.

Could I just do an uninstall and clean reinstall of Skyrim to clear this up? I haven't done much on this install and really don't mind if I lose my settings. I apologize if this is tl;dr or if this was a duplicate thread, I looked around and couldn't find anything quite like it.

Update: Weirdly it seems to have cleared itself up, no explanation as to how or why. My apologies. Now I'm just having a problem with starting a game on Skyrim. Namely, it doesn't, just stays on title screen with music playing I suspect I can fix this with a clean reinstall tho.

Yeah, you should do a reinstall of Skyrim and make sure that it works properly (Verify the game cache and / or remove the .inis and let Skyrim recreate them). Then install Enderal on top of it. If cutscenes don't work properly, you have to disable/enable OneTweak and change between Fullscreen/Window Mode/Borderless Window Mode, because for some reason the engine can't handle the videos on some PCs in one of the modes.
