Hey guys, so today I downloaded Enderal and when I try to start a new game it tells me "2 MCM configurations added" which is pretty normal, and then it gives me the first quest, which is to talk to daddy, but I can't get out of this carriage. I can only look up and down, and when I look down I see my arms and no body or anything else. Can anybody help me? I downloaded the installer from nexus and I have no mods enabled.

the body being invisible is normal - you'd need a mod change that

did you check your keyboard settings?
saving / reloading may help.
or relaunching the game.

otherwise, maybe start a new game?

A carriage at the beginning of Enderal?
It may also be that your installation is broken.

Have you done a clean install as described here?
Is your data packet possibly broken? Recommended is the download per torrent.

Thanks for the feedback guys! I have tried starting a new game and reloading saves countless times. I tried downloading the installer from torrent but it didn't show up on the launcher so I used the nexus one. I will try using another installation package as well as checking my keyboard settings. ( how do I check my keyboard settings by the way?)

Oh, And yes.... you do start in a carriage during the quest "A nice day in summer" right at the beginning of the game. But I cant leave it

You are right. Now I know what you meant .

I'm really just talking about the ingame movement keys
("controls" would probably be the correct word. sorry.)

(maybe they're set to wasd (or something like that), and your trying to move with the arrow keys, like any sane person )

Do you think that using set stage and coc to skip the first part entirely would work? If so, what is the cell ID for a tavern or something?

at some point we're all new to stuff

with WIN10 it should be fairly easy (, assuming my explanation is halfway okayish):
- mark the files you want to archive
- right-click them
- in the "share"-menu you get the option to create a zip folder
- if you click on that you'll get one right inside your current folder

sadly, it didn't work for me. I don't know what the problem is because I have no mods installed at the moment. the only extra file is the dawnguard file, and that is not enabled at the moment. I will try a fresh install just to make sure I did it correctly.

and the Dawnguard file should not be there

(I also don't have the install files stored in that folder, no idea if that could cause issues.
maybe it's even neccessary with the english version?)

do try to reinstall from scratch, something went definitely wrong there -
hopefully that will fix it.

I'm having a similar problem, starting at the very beginning of the game I can't move at all. Can't move my character, can't move the camera, I can't open any menus at all and the console command window doesn't appear physically when I tried typing in the "enableplayercontrols" command. I've been trying to fix this since yesterday and am this close to rage quitting before I even get to play the mod again! I installed several mods I've used before but they've never caused this problem before. I'm at a complete loss of what to do. It might be my FNISPCEA2 acting up since it was doing that even in my normal skyrim so I'll try disabling that. If that doesn't work I hope someone here might have a clue what the heck is going on.

(Update) Nope, disabling FNISPCEA2 didn't help at all, still couldn't do anything...
