I googled and found other people with the same issue and a translation .txt file should fix it. However those posts were from last year and when I tried the linked file not even the main menu was in English any more, so I assume those files are now out of date.

Everything besides the H menu seems to be translated just fine.

sorry for the late answer.

You need to copy this file into your Data/Interface folder in your Skyrim direction and everything should be in English.
