My "Gather Knowledge" hit 30 but the quest didn't complete; now it shows Gather Knowledge 31/30. Now what?
Same here & Constantin Firespark's Knowledge point (when you 1st meet him) won't trigger. Making 30 impossible without buying some books from Ark's Nobles Quarter.
