Hey this is weird but every time I launch Enderal there is a green circle in the center of my screen

We would need more information to solve this.
Could you please upload a screenshot in which we can see this green circle?

How did you install Enderal?

dont think I DLed it wrong I just followed the instructions

does this happen with other games/programs, too? Or does it only appear with Enderal?
Do you have any mods/ENBs active (Enderal Launcher -> datafiles)?

This looks like an overlay of some sort.
Check the task manger if other programs might cause this overlay, if you are not sure post a screenshot of the task manager.
This could also be a overlay of your monitor.

no mods Ive added to Enderal and this seems to only happen to

Check if it is caused by background processes. Simply click on the "more details" button.

Well, one of your background processes should cause this, some of them look like they would create overlays. Of course I can't tell you which...
Disable them one after one to find out the blameworthy one (not the important / OS processes of course).
