Hm, you by chance overclocked your system? Did you flash your BIOS or any of your hardware?

Nevertheless, you should be able to install Enderal. Happens every now and then that the launcher does not detect the CPU or GPU correctly, due to overclocking or SLI/Crossfire.
The displayed RAM is completely OK, 1GB is always reserved for the OS.

I had the same feeling about this case when I flashed my hardware in the past. Modded hardware sometimes shows up wrong or unknown.
