Ok, so here's my issue:
I was playing Enderal fine, no bugs so far, and was getting very much into the story (amazing game and storyline, by the way). A little after the initiation rite, though (pass through the water), I saved the game and stopped playing for a day. When I tried to launch the game again, only the black box for SKSE opens up, immediatly closes and nothing else happens. I mean literally nothing. I've tried uninstalling Enderal and even Skyrim as a whole, to no avail. Nothing works! Can someone help me?
(Also, launching the game directly from SKSE doesn't work)

This is odd. Have you changed something on your PCs settings?
Try running the launcher as admin. Make sure your firewall / windows defender / anti virus program isn't interfering.

Apparently, there was some interference by my antivirus. I reinstalled Steam and now it runs alright. Thanks!
