I am having an issue with proceeding with the quest 'Angel'. Calia sent me out to find black powder in Northwind. After I interact with the barrels to bring them to Calia, the cutscene starts where she fires up the powder and shortly after that the fires extinguishes and nothing happens. I left it there for some time but still it stays like that, I cannot move, Calia and I are just standing there waiting for the explosion. The last save I have is in the storage with the barrels and loading it doesn't help. I have another save made 1h before that, but haven't tried loading that up since maybe there's an easier fix to the problem.
