When I open the launcher, it is only displaying my video card, only an Intel onboard GPU. As such, it is not letting me change my resolution or graphic settings. I have a Nvidia 1070.
To add:
I deleted SkyrimPerfs.ini, and relaunched Skyrim. It regenerated the INI with the correct line:
sD3DDevice="NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070"
Enderal launcher still shows an Intel onboard card.
Any tips?
Thanks!

- Enderal will still use your NVIDIA VGA. You can ignore the values for sD3DDevice.
Edit:
If you want to change your resolution you need to turn OneTweak off. Simply click "One Tweak" once and you can change your resolution settings.
Optional: Add/Modify "sD3DDevice= NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070" > SkyrimPrefs.ini > Section [Display]

Thank you for the response.
I get in to the Tweak section to set my resolution, but the max is 1920x1080. I have a 4k monitor and would like to play with my full resolution. Skyrim run 4k without a problem.
