I can clearly see that you have some mods active. They could be the cause, upload a savegame. I'll look into your problem. Moved to support.
Savegames can be found here: documents\mygames\skyrim\saves
A savegame consists of two files: one .skse and one .ess (please zip them together)

The marker should be on the cloosed door.
Just pull down the 3 levers in this level to unlock the door.
At the end it should point towards the exit.
I submita ticket at the bugtracker.
