I want to place furniture in my house (the one in the noble quarters )
How do i do that... i tried dropping it but it gives me a message in german, and FUCK ME if i know what it says.

It says "you can't place items here". The housing system is incomplete. Since it is not a major problem we will have to wait for a while until they fix it. My workaround is:
install Jaxons Positioner
open console with ^ or ~ (not sure for english version)
type "help <name of wanted item>", eg shelf
choose one of them from the list
type "player.placeatme <ID of your choice>"
if you choosed the wrong shelf, mark it with positioner and hit DEL and try another one
use positioner to place it
you can free space in your house with the positioner, too
use at your own risk!

great so i wasted my money on a house and now i have to cheat .....

If you have a problem with it, load a saved game before you gave your money. And don't forget: this is a free game, so you cannot loose anything.
How to get furnishings If you look to the left when you walk into your house theres a board on the wall and for 750 pennies it furnishes your house i just found this out last night. You only need to pay for it once the option will still be there though but after the first time you pay 750 pennies it just takes the money. You can also change the name of your house.
