All green when go underwater [solved]

I am not too sure if this is a bug or not, but when I go underwater I only see all green. See attached screenshots for what that green is. My graphics card is Nvidia GT 750M. Thank you.

Thank you for reminding me of this! I did installed a mod called "pure water". Now after I removed this mod, the water effects are back to normal!
