The picture you posted is showing the backup folder made by Enderal. Dawnguard.esm and .bsa are both in that backup folder. These files aren't in use when you're playing Enderal. They're just to keep as a backup when you want to play normal Skyrim.
If you want to use mods with Enderal you need to copy & paste Dawnguard (and any mods you want) back into the normal data folder.
I would be careful using mods though because a large majority of them either won't work, crash or cause weird effects.

Ok, now I know what the problem.
At first my launcher didn't active any mod or DLC for me, so I can play Enderal just fine.
But after the update, the launcher (or maybe someting) active those mod that need Dawnguard.esm on it own. That what cause the problem in the screen shot.
After I deactivate all mod in Enderal launcher, Now the game can run without problem.
