I have tried reinstalling the game twice along with Skyrim but if I have any interaction with the keyboard/mouse during a loading screen I crash. Also, the first cut scene is just a black screen (not sure if intended) and will crash and freeze aswell. Am I the only one with this problem?
I'm not sure about the kb/m causing crashes on loading screens, but re: the black screen cutscene issue, you need to disable OneTweak and run the game in fullscreen mode rather than windowed. (It's caused by a known bug with the Bink cutscene videos and windowed mode.) If you're lucky this might fix the kb/m CTD issue as well.
