I have read everything I could find, and there doesn't seem to be an answer to the greyed out Save button. I also can't find any autosaves on my PC. The only saves I have available are Skyrim saves, and those are giving some folks issues as well. (I didn't use those) I am not in battle, and I tried to save my game where a U tube video saved his game, and it didn't work for me. Same greyed out save button. please help, I love the game, so far. I just am not good enough to play the whole thing in one session.

do you used some mods and installed/uninstalled them during your playthrough? Some mods could cause these issues.
Are you able to save via console? (without quotation marks)
If yes then it's a problem with your mods or a wrong installation.
You should uninstall Enderal and Skyrim completely and setup a fresh Skyrim installation. Then install Enderal via the newest launcher and with this instruction.
