With onetweak or windowed mode on the game stutters every half second to a second for me no matter how low the graphical settings are. However if I turn onetweak off and put it off windowed mode it runs smoothly but it still acts like its in windowed mode at the edges of the screen as I can accidentally drag the window and lose focus, which makes it even more unplayable than the stutters.
I would appreciate any help I can get on this issue, if you require any information on my pc specs (good enough to on any settings at decent fps at least) or anything else I would be happy to provide answers.
