After the lion's den quest you wake up on a boat and talk to Jespar. After that you need to talk to your savior. She says to get some sleep and then the game freezes right when the screen gets completely black. Is there a way to skip this scene and start the next part of the quest?

Edit: Was able to skip the transition by using "setstage mq10b 30" to go to the next stage which happened to let the teleport scrolls work.

I had something similar happen on an earlier stage of the quest. Once I had disabled all autosaves - both in the launcher and through in-game options, the problem stopped...
